Meet your instructor

I am an ISR Instructor proudly serving families on the Seacoast of New Hampshire. My passion for water safety began years ago when I watched all three of my nieces go through the ISR program. From their very first lessons to seeing them confidently perform the Swim-Float-Swim sequence, I was amazed by the skills they gained and the confidence they developed in and around the water.

Watching their journey inspired me to become an ISR Instructor so I could bring those same life-saving skills to children in my own community. My goal is to make ISR Self-Rescue™ skills accessible to more children throughout the Seacoast and help families feel more confident about their children’s safety around the water.

While there are many swim lesson options available in our community, ISR stood out to me because of its strong focus on safety, individualized instruction, and proven approach developed through more than 60 years of experience and research. After seeing the results firsthand, I knew ISR was something I wanted to bring to families in my own community.

I have spent many years working as a nanny and caring for children, along with working alongside my mom at her spa, Chill Spa. While I’ve loved both experiences, working with children has always been where my heart is. Being around kids, watching them learn, and seeing their personalities and confidence grow truly brings me so much joy. Becoming an ISR Instructor allows me to combine my love for working with children with my passion for water safety and helping families.

Outside of ISR, I love spending time with my husband, family, and friends. You can usually find me at the lake, swimming, skiing, baking, traveling, or simply enjoying time with the people I love most. The Seacoast is home to me, and I feel so grateful to be able to serve families right here in my own community.

I’m so excited to bring ISR to families throughout the Seacoast and give more children the opportunity to learn life-saving self-rescue skills. I look forward to meeting your family and being a part of your child’s ISR journey!
